At Herman Miller, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return policy for most items to ensure your complete satisfaction with your home office or furniture investment. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided via email for small parcel items.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective inserts and drop it off at an authorized shipping location; for large furniture, our team will contact you to schedule a white-glove pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days.
